What’s up, fellow grapplers! I’m here today to talk to you about the FREE competitive VR shooter Grapple Tournament. Developer Tomorrow Games has just launched the new Winter Holidays Season 2 update. I’ll be honest, I’ve been hooked on swinging around these maps for a while now. And vertical combat? Oh, yes! It’s incredibly satisfying to pull off intense plays by launching and swinging with the grappling hooks.
This season the number of levels has increased to 50, so you’ll need to put in some extra effort to reach the top. The developers have really gone all out with new content, frosty challenges, Christmas skins, and holiday-themed surprises and decorations. It’s pure magic, if you ask me! They’ve also added Monuments – when you kill someone, a fun monument appears. Brilliant!
As usual, you can play the season for free or get the premium battle pass for 700 credits (roughly $9.99). With this VIP pass, you have the opportunity to earn back the credits you’ve spent. Though I have to admit, some of those epic bundles in the shop are calling my name. I just got paid, so I might need to snag that sweet golden frying pan. I mean, who doesn’t want a golden pan?!
Join the game’s Discord to find friends (and frenemies) to play with. The community is highly active and hosts events every Tuesday and Saturday. For content creators, developers pick the creator of the week and display them inside the game. So, if you’ve ever wanted to have your avatar showcased in-game and feel like a star, don’t miss this chance.
If you can’t tell, I’m pretty hyped. The new seasonal challenges will keep my skills sharp until I reach level 50. Plus, the update brings a few nice quality-of-life improvements to the user interface and loading sequences.
